Q: Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a car park next to our shed. Please follow the map to the designated area.

Q: I am at the boom gate at the entrance to Woodhouse, what do I do now?

Please park your car and check in with reception to let them you are there for the Mount Lofty Adventure Hub. They will provide you with a code to access the property.

Q: Do I need to pay entry to Woodhouse?

If you are only entering the property for our 1 hour experience you do not need to pay day entry. You are still required to check in at reception though. If you are wanting to spend the day at Woodhouse you can purchase a day entry upon arrival at reception.

Q: What is your refund policy?

Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the session are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled booking or failure to attend will not receive a refund.
